Privacy policy

  1. Controller

The controller is FAMILY DOC sp. z o.o., ul. Karola Olszewskiego 6, 25-663 Kielce, Poland, KRS 0001249310, NIP 9592094470. Contact for data matters: familydoc@familydoc.pl.

  2. Early-access list

When you sign up through the form we process your e-mail address, optionally your first name, your chosen language, the version and date of your consent and the date you confirmed. Basis: your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)). Purpose: running the list, sending the confirmation e-mail (double opt-in) and contacting you about testing the prototype. An unconfirmed sign-up is deleted after 30 days; a confirmed one is kept until tester recruitment ends or until you withdraw consent. Giving the data is voluntary, but without an e-mail address you cannot sign up.

  3. Abuse protection

To protect the form from spam we briefly store salted one-way hashes of the IP address and e-mail address, from which the originals cannot be recovered. Basis: our legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).

  4. Recipients

Data is stored on Microsoft Azure servers in the Poland Central region (European Economic Area). E-mails are sent through SEOHOST (Poland). With your consent we use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.). These providers act on our instructions under data processing agreements.

  5. Cookies and Google Analytics

Essential: remembering your cookie choice (fd_cookie_consent, 182 days) and the site theme (browser storage). Analytics, only with your consent (art. 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law, GDPR art. 6(1)(a)): Google Analytics 4 (_ga, _ga_<id>, up to 182 days) — visits, pages viewed, traffic source, device type and country. Google signals, ad personalisation and precise location are switched off; analytics data is kept for 2 months. Google also processes data in the USA; the transfer relies on the European Commission's adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework). Google Analytics runs on the public pages only: never in the app, on the sign-in and sign-up pages, or on the confirmation pages. Change or withdraw your consent from the footer (“Cookie settings”); on withdrawal we delete the _ga cookies.

  6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting earlier lawful processing). Write to familydoc@familydoc.pl. You may also complain to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.

  7. Automated decisions

We make no solely automated decisions and do no profiling.

  8. Changes
